Nice and easy today and yesterday with 1 x mile run each day.
Pace settled at 45mins
Got 3 daytime and 3 nightime runs mapped out to fall back on now.
Same for next 2 days with some flat runs and nout to strenuous.
Trying to bulk up on good carbs for next few days.
Last run today before the challenge on the 5th.....
Kept an easy pace for the last training run, thats 13 runs over 10 days so need to rest the legs....
Need to get the carbs sorted for the two days and already relegated to the spare room for the duration.......😂😂😂
